Is it easy to change the graphics? Do I need tools?
No tools are required! Our SEG (Silicone Edge Graphic) system allows you to swap graphics in minutes. Simply push the silicone strip sewn into the fabric edge into the aluminum frame's groove for a perfectly tensioned, drum-tight display.

How do you ensure the light is uniform without shadows?
We use high-efficiency LED Backlit or Edgeless modules with optical lenses that spread light evenly across the entire surface. Combined with our high-density tension fabric, it eliminates "hot spots" and shadows.

Can these be shipped in large sizes without high costs?
Yes. Our frames feature a Knock-Down (KD) structure. They ship disassembled in compact boxes, significantly reducing shipping volume and costs. Reassembly is straightforward with the provided connectors.

Will the fabric graphic fade or wrinkle?
We use Premium Backlit Fabric printed via UV or Dye-Sublimation. It’s wrinkle-resistant, machine-washable, and specifically treated for high-translucency and vibrant colors that don't crack or peel.
